Rev. Dr. Jimmie L. Daniels is a dynamic pastor, family man, businessman and committed leader with a vision.
As owner of Total Facility Maintenance for thirty years, a successful minority/family owned janitorial, painting, day labor and construction firm in Wood Dale, IL. Rev. Daniels pledges to create jobs for minorities thus enabling them to become productive and economically independent citizens. His firm employs over 800 full and part time workers. The client base includes prestigious companies such as Chicago Public Schools, ADP, Prudential, Local Banks and Village Halls just to name a few.

Dolores Daniels
CFO
Dolores Daniels oversees the administration and financial responsibilities of the corporation and is personally involved in the customer relations of some of TFM's largest accounts. As company ombudsmen, her management background allows her to interact with the clients and employees to assure operations and projects run smoothly. Her responsibility also includes litigation and oversees labor issues.
Kenneth Daniels
VP/Operations Manager
Kenneth Daniels has over 15 years experience directly with the Chicago Public Schools, and prior subcontracting janitorial experience of 6 years. His combination of backgrounds offers two different perspectives to the client. Ken is responsible for the Chicago Public School sytems custodians. He is responsible for training, retraining, hiring and overseeing the field managers and supervisors within the schools. Ken's ability to resolve high level situations when they arise, as well as response time to emergency situations is excellent. His efforts toward being the liason between the engineers, on site school administration and local officials keeps all lines of communication open. He has attended various seminars and classes in Managerial and Supervisory skills, leadership, personal development and customer service.
